I’m having trouble following the orbit tut for mx2004
Am I doing right by creating an mc symbol with a circle, editing its linear gradient fill in color mixer and then copying the symbol to a new layer and editing the gradient fill as radial on that layer?
it is changing the symbol so the first layer linear becomes radial gradient too.
What am I doing wrong there?
Also, it says: vi. Select the _first_ filled circle and copy it (Ctrl+C), create a new layer and “Paste it in Place” onto the new layer

at this step there is only one circle in one symbol, which \*first \*filled circle is this step relating to?
Thanks
