# Shopping Cart Site

I have a client who is in need of a web site with shopping cart functionality, and I’m wondering if it’s worth my time and energy to work on such a project. Currently has 1,400 items he would like listed on the site.

I want to use PHP and mySQL for server-side, but not really sure if there is systems out there help me make things easier, since I’m not really a programmer.

Also, what would something like this cost? This is not going to be a cheap copy & paste job, so what sort of figures are we talking? 1k, 3k, 7k?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
