alright this is a real noobie question but i was just wandering can any one give me the actionscript on how to…well i wanna push a button and make the dude swing a baseball bat…hope thats not 2 confusing well thank for any help i get

well you are going to have to animate it. You can’t just have the action script animate something…
or can you 😕

well i new that but like i put the swing button on the first frame and also the still animation and i went to the actions and put on press play frame 5 "thats where i started the swing…but when i go 2 test movie it just plays all the way through the movie even with out me clicking it

If you post your fla, we could find out a lot easier. It sounds like you may just be missing something small.

I got the fried chicken thing from a cartoon here:

It’s about two really old guys, that was one of their lines - funny stuff!!
Anywho -
When you post a reply, down at the bottom it will have a space for an attachment - hit browse, find the fla, click submit, someone finds the flaw, fixes the fla’s flaw, then forwards the flawless fla from where it began - Fantastic!

all right thanks for all the help “the Stop Thing worked :)” how come i couldnt think of that…o yeah one more question how come when i tried to put my footer on here it like put 5 of them one on top of the other?
