(Don’t know exactly where to post this, so I’ll post it here). 
A client of mine wants very good search engine recognition, and I’ve already conceded some of the things I thought would be good for good SEO.
One of the things however, is an area below the header which flashes a bunch of keywords (he’s in the welding industry, so a bunch of terms like cable, torches, etc.) across the screen. I told him it might be possible with html if he really wanted it to be (although probably better and easier with flash), just to get better search engine recognition.
Would using meta tags and embedding html content effectively be enough to get good search recognition? Or should I compensate with this as well?
