Im having a rather large problem now about my site ([digital carnival](http://blog.digitalcarnival.com)) and I dont know how to fix it, a new site has popped up in the form of [digitalcarnival.net](http://digitalcarnival.net) (same domain apart from ending) and it is starting to annoy me, although it is a small blog (started a few days ago) it has already gotten into google (not suprising) but the results for ‘digitalcarnival’ are making my site look bad. They use the same title + URL system as my blog (WP) and so theyre content cannot be split from mine in a google search, and some of their content is questionable.
Another annoying thing is that I have no way of contacting them, I have looked all over their site for ways of contact but their is no way of it, im not sure how to go about this. And also I think they may have started an uprising of spam on my blog (29 caough by Akismet today alone).
I dont want to change my whole web footprint and so I need help removing this pain in my side. [/RANT]

This thread has no real reason, I just need some advice.
