# Similiar to photoshops note!, but in flash, adding them to a map. is it possible?

I have a map, and when the user clicks on a hotspot, a window displays the text in a secondry window. But this text is in a backend txt file for each hotspot. The problem is that the client wants to edit the text inside the pop up window in real time. But I dont think this is posible, rather like adding a note in photoshop.

Is this even posible with photoshop, and how would it save the information.

DOH this must be heavy action script, but has anyone seen such a fla? I have not but would like to know if something uses this kind of output.
