Ok I’ve learned how to use mambo CMS and set up templates etc.

HOwever I have a client that requies something simpler. They simply need a blog software that they can update content online with and add an image either by link or upload. It also must be customisable with CSS.

Free or around £50 is what they have set aside for this type of software or licence.

I had looked at movable type but the CGI/PERL stuff put me off.
