# Simple question....I think

Ok guys…simple question, I want to create a gradient background to my site…infact, the same concept as the backgroud to kirupa site…

When I’m creating a gradient background for a cell or table I just create the gradient in photoshop, 1px wide and set the height to whatever height the cell/table is…and as you know dreamweaver automatcically repeats it and fills the cell.

Ok…so same priciple…but how can I do that to the entire background of the site…when there is no set height or width???

Am I being stupid…normally I just click background image (in dreamweaver properties panel in design mode , I’m not great with html/css) and choose whatever background…but obvioulsy this is different.
