# Simple question of image resizing

hi guys, when i resize a regular size photo to a thumbnail size using photoshop or MS photo editor it shows dotted picture. What I mean is it doesn’t show clarity of the pictures. I know it’s simple for some of you guys so can you please let me know how to do this correctly? 😉
