# Simple question re smooth movement

Hi, it’s been a while since I last worked with flash. I’m making a VERY simple movement of a object form right to left. If I view it, its VERY “jiggery”… How can I make it smooth? I’ve played around with the per frame rate, but it seems to get worse evertime.  
Please let me know. Thanks alot!
