1. **Anyone can submit a finished work** , be it HTML, Flash, code, designs, or any other combination.

2. Be kind to others and provide **only constructive criticism**. Try to find good things about a work as well as areas in need of improvement.

3. Do unto others. If you want people to critque your work, **do some critiques yourself**. Go ahead and even give a link to your thread and request them to return the favor after you write a critique!
