# Site is not working!

Hi

This is not a PHP question but i need some help understanding what is happening to my site.

I bought a domain to godaddy, [www.vidairada.com](http://www.vidairada.com)

Godaddy is redirecting to my dns server at [ns1.amenworld.com](http://ns1.amenworld.com)

In the dns server i redirect it to a server at 62.193.211.167 where i’ve created an hosting account wih plesk.

Everything seems fine but the site is not working.

Amen helpdesk is telling to wait for a solution for 8 days counting today and i just need to solve this.

Can anyone give me any tip?
