# Site promoting bars/clubs need to have 21+ disclaimer?

We have a site that deals with bars/clubs and beer companies and we show pictures form our events. Does the site need to have a 21+ disclaimer ? we also have a forum and right now it says you need to be 18+ to register is that ok ? we don’t want to get into any legal trouble.
