Hi

I’d like to make something like we have in [this site](http://www.olddragon.com.br/), where the boxes at the bottom, when the mouse is over, slide and a black liquid effect starts. Also, the botton of the box appears a message in alpha.

Is it JS or just CSS? How can I start doing something like that? I’m looking for tutorials to start.

thanks
