# Slideout Menu

I’m looking to make a menu that slides out from the side of something.

I’ve thought about it and I think it could work to do something simliar to a drop down menu, that instead pops out to the left when you mouseover an area and goes in on mouseout event.

I’ve tested it with a quick animation but its not very natural, jerky and closes when it’s supposed to be open.

Are there any tutorials for doing something like this?
