i keep coming back to the idea that small-batch software feels easier to trust, not just easier to like. A giant all-in-one app can be impressive and still leave me wondering which part actually matters.

maybe that’s just me being suspicious of bundles, but once a product tries to do everything, the incentives get weird fast. do people here actually prefer the giant suite once the novelty wears off?

The failure mode on the giant suite is you wake up to “we’ve simplified pricing, ” and suddenly the one feature you actually used is paywalled or buried under three new tabs.
