# Smart Casual?!?!?! Help!

Hey guys!  
tomorrow i have my science fair 7am and my teacher asked us to dress smart casual. I forgot to ask her what that means ahhhhhhh could anyone tell me what she means by that. Is it just a sportss jacket or blazer ?

EDIT: dress shoes or my nikes?
