# Smooth Motion Animation

This may be a stupid question but how can I get my animations to look realy smooth? The motion that I get from my tweens and action script never moves like I want it too. I see other designers websites and the always seem to have such nice movement. Is there a best FPS that a designer should work with or what? Any tips from anyone would be great.

I use a FPS of 30 and use a lot of easing on my motion/shape tweens!
