# Some tips on a animation

Well, that’s a gif image :), so it’s a bunch of images put up together each one with the wind effect from photoshop. You could do the same in flash, maybe with shape motion tween. But you would have to use some images made in photoshop too.

i have fireworks

Check the tutorials. There’s one called motion blur, it explains how to do that.

Frankly, if you’ve got Flash, then you don’t even need to use Photoshop or Fireworks. Check out the motion blur tutorial on Kirupa, as Ilyas suggested, then just create your text, tweens and images using the tools in Flash.
