# Something New To me

I saw a web page that I do not remember the link of it … but I will explain it to u . it depends on the mouseover func and it is positioned on the corner of the page …  
now when you put the mouse over it the page will look like the newspaper…

So can anybody give a link as an example and a hint on how to do it …
