# Sorenson compression

hi all

im thinking of having a flash player in my html page but as far as i can see the video must be compressed with sorrenson to be able to be played (requires player 7+)

and the sorenson video compressor is quite pricy!

the client will be uploading his own video so he needs to be able to output to the correct format.

am i right???

my other options would be just to have a link to dload file and the user can play video mpeg, wmv on whatever player they have
