I am flash retarded. I dont konw what I am doing most of the time, but I created an animation and have people’s mouths moving to the lyrics, but when I publish it in flash, the swf file, the mouths dont move in accordance to the lyrics of the music. What did i do wrong?

Also, is there any way I can add a premade loader to it after I already made the animation, and how do I do that. Please talk to me like I am 7 years old.

I looked on another site and it said:

_The only way I have found to fix this problem is to go into your Publish
Settings and set the MP3 compression level to anything higher than 16kbps. I
set mine to at least 24kbps and this will usually solve the sync issue._

Under the Flash Publish Settings I tried setting the Audio Stream to MP3, 24kbps, Mono and also to 32kbps a different time. Both still didnt sync. When I tried to change the Audio Event and publish it it told me there was a “sharing issue” which I assume was just a screw up in my computer because that stopped and it let me change it after a while.
