# Sound Problem - It starts too early

Ok here’s the deal, i got a movie im making , so in the movie the first few scenes are fine, but when the screen comes on introducing the next scene, the sounds forthe next scene start in the scene before it,

basically the sounds are starting before they are even soppost to, can anyone tell me why and how to fix it please? i have set all the sounds to stream but for some reason it wont stop.

I really have no idea how sound works with scenes.

How are you loading the sounds?

its like ill have scenes saying act 2, then the next scene would be act 2 . just the scene before act 2 is playing act’s sounds ahead of time when its soppost to, i tried streaming it all, seperating the layers of sounds, nothin is working.

i dont see how that will prevent sounds from starting a scene early?

YAAAAAAAHOOOOOOO! sorry im just over joyed i found out what it was i went to the official flash mx forums on [macromedia.com](http://macromedia.com) and found the soloution

i went to export settings and made it so it matched the frame speed to 24 kbps. and made quality best, the file size ofthe movie went a tiny bit bigger but IT WORKS 😃 thanks for helping anyways guys now the sounds match the animation perfectly.
