# Sound Quality in Flash MX

I’m wondering how to retain sound quality in a flash animation. I have created the sound file I wish to use, and it is in MP3 format. When I add it to the move and play it, it loses quality. Is there a way to keep the sound quality perfect, and how will it affect the file size of the movie?
