# Sound Troubles

Okay so my friend woke up today and his sound isn’t working anymore. He did nothing the day before to affect it.

After messing around he went out and bought a sound card and installed it and everything and still nothing (updated drivers for both and still nothing).

In his “control panel\>Sounds and Audio\>Audio Tab” its all greyed out and he cant do anything with it.

Does anyone know a solution or a way around this.
