ok so I went for an interview at a company. this company isn’t new but new to having an in-house designer.

interview went well.
It’s a good paying gig. but it’s corporate work and seems like a LOT of work.

I also find out today that they will narrow candidates down to two people and then they’ll have to do a design (basically spec work!) and they’ll make a decision from there.

if you were in the top 2, what would you do? stick around or run for the hills?
