This thread is dedicated to Speed Modeling Contest Winner held over at [SwiftDev](http://www.Swiftdev.com)

> Some info on the SMC

When: Every week usually starts Monday  
-Deadline is the following Sunday 7pm EST.

Time Limit: Depending on the topic of choice the time can vary from 1.3hrs to 2.3hrs.

Voting: The community gets to vote for the winner via polling system.

Prize: Winner picks the topic for the next weeks contest (upon approval by moderators.)

\*\*And this weeks winner is Willast, like what he created with the Tires SMC he again, manage to over win with his creation.

The subject is Surveillance Device\*\*
