Found this site while I was at work today… pretty nice and useful…

Wouldn’t recomend any of the pay-for software on the site, but the rest of the info is good!  
Use SpyBot: Search & Destroy - it’s free, and constantly up-to-date…

I have never had real troubles with spyware before.  
Can any1 tell me (us) what the dangers of spyware are and what they cause??

I do use adaware sometimes but the result isn’t very overwhelming…
