I’m taking on my first SQL Server project and need a Developer tool that allows me to manage tables and fields in the database. The web host suggested MS’s Enterprise Manger, but I can’t find any way to download that as a stand alone. Any suggestions on where to get that or an equivalent tool. This is just a small 6 to 8 hour job so cost is an issue.

Thanks, abzoid

Thanks Jubba, that would do the trick if my system was set up to run php. ☹

Thanks anyway, I have a friend that has the full package and is sending it to me so I can install the Admin tool. Only drawback is that it will take several days to get the CD. Like using an atomic bomb to kill a single flea. All I need to do is examine the database structure, then add one field to one table. This site is up for a complete rebuild down the road, was written using Frontpage 3.0. Nasty nasty code.
