# Stage boundaries

Hi everyone,

Let’s say i have a swf file sitting on a web page, what is the most effective way of preventing objects of showing outside the official movie boundaries? I could use a mask, but i don’t find it too practical.

Please note that i don’t want the movie to occupy the whole page, so setting the it to 100% width and height is not an option.

Thanks for any suggestions!
