haven’t had time to read up on it - i don’t remember hearing much about it, then boom there’s a commercial…I’ll try to read a review on it - it looked pretty fun 🙂

It’s pretty cool… it’s basically a dumbed down version of BF1942 with slightly better graphics. It’s fun, but a little limited. Wait for a demo or something, or “preview” it by means of “unauthorized sources”. It won’t let you play online, but it’s a good indicator of what the gameplay is like if you play SP.
It’s definitly going to get owned come October 16th(?) when Tribes: Vengence comes out. If you were EVER a tribes fan, or just curious, pick up that single player demo and give it a whirl. I’m in the beta, but the SP is a good indicator of the gameplay. 😃

I am yet to try tribes. I will be on the lookout.
“unauthorized sources”… :lol: thats funny.
I was in the video store yesterday to rent the punisher and it was on the rack for Xbox. I would prefer to play it on PC. Anyhow single player was alright. A dumbed down verion of BF is a good explanation of it.
The graphics were pretty good for Xbox. There was no lag in single player, but on the flipside I tossed every map in about 6 hours. (I was home sick yesterday)
Xbox live was where it was much better. Obviously human controled opponents are more fun to play against.
I was dissapointed by the amount of vehicles you can control. If the map did have them chances are a bot scooped it before yoou had a chance to get to it. Also they didnt give you that much of an advantage over the common foot soldier.
All in all it was alright…but I am probably not going to buy it for xbox thats for sure. Maybe the PC version will have more to offer.

OMG Well I just rented this game, and holy crap! It’s so awsome! I definetly reccomend this game fes! It’s so good, and kept me up for hours. Awsome worlds, detail is superb, and gameplay is just addicting!

But I prefere playing on single player, thats what kept me going for hours.

:beam: I knew this was a grinch game :beam:
Single player rules…trying to play an all out war like in single player on live kills your network and your machine…
is there going to be a PC release? That I would be way more interested in.

yeah I know that to, a grinch game hahah! XD
but yes, it is on PC already, buy it! :king:
