# startTouchDrag...can it only control the Y axis?

I have a question and I can’t keep to find the answer anywhere, so maybe it’s not possible. Using the startTouchDrag is it possible for it to only effect the Y axis? I know I could sorta do that by putting a bounding box around it, but it wouldn’t work with what I’m trying to do.
