I have a bunch of circle rotating at a speed dictated by the position of the mouse. I can’t figure out how to control it on both the x and y axis. Hard to explain so I have attached an fla. Basically, the wheel will stop relying on the x access but I want it to stop whenever you rollover any of the outside circles.

Thanks in advance,
Brock
