# Streaming video in MX

Okay so I’ve seen a few pots on this topic, but none of tem seem to go into enough depth to help me out with what I’m trying to achieve. I have a small short video of a map that i want to have within my site, which is purely flash. However I like the fact that at the moment the site is quite small (\<300kb) and with the video embedded it gets pushed up to betweeen 1 and 2 Mb, depending on quality. I did start watching the tutorial on [gotoandlearn.com](http://gotoandlearn.com) and I thought “yes! That’s it!” only to find that i can’t seem to create a new embedded video object in MX, from the components…

So is there a decent tutorial on doing this in MX?
