I’m working on a series of animations for work. Lately, I’ve been splitting events into scenes in Flash. However, I’ve heard (and experienced) that scenes are a little difficult to deal with when you have a lot of them.

Does anyone have any suggestions for structuring an animation so that it can be easily navigated during author-time?
