# Subscribe Form

I was wondering if anyone knows of a tutorial that shows how to make a simple subscribe me form in flash. All I need is a single input text box where the user puts in their email hits send and I get their email and thay get a confirmation email. Its probably simple but I cant seem to find any info on it. I also assume it will require some sort of PHP page also.

All I had to do was change the path on the subscribe btn so it could find formcheck. Hope this helps someone down the line!
