# SVN repositories

Hey everyone,

I recently installed a LAMP setup on Ubuntu as well as a simple SVN server.

A quick question I have is how to set up the repositories - would the repository root be the web root of my web server? What if a project I’m working on doesn’t have a live server - just a test server someone on the internet and a local server for when I don’t have internet access (but still want to work on the project).
