# Sway Effect help!

Hey guys,

This is going to be hard because I’m new to AS3 and Flash. I am working on a site for a friend’s band. Basically I have strings coming from the top holding tin cans. I want the strings and cans to sway randomly and also be used as links. I don’t know how to get the sway to work. Any help would be awesome. Sorry I’m such a noob.
