# Swf on top of an image?

Is there any way to put a flash file on top of a picture in dreamweaver? If it’s possible, I’d like to avoid css because it’s for coursework and I would then have to pretend I know css, which I don’t. 😛

Or, alternativeley, is there a way to centre a background on any resolution?
