hey peeps…

ok, ive asked this question before but i really need some help or any little advise that anyone can give me :pa:

basically…ive got an image of a photoframe and am after it swinging as if it had just been knocked by someone walking past.

This is quite an important question so could anyone PLLLEEEAAASSSSEEEE answer…;(
