# Switching levels on my game

I have a simple 2 level game I am creating for AS2 class. I need to know how to switch to the second level. I want to do it once my score reaches 300. I imagine I will just put the second level in the next frame, but I need to know what the code is, and where to put it?? PLEASE HELP.
