[COLOR=#666666]A Multimedia developer is required to translate rough concepts into working prototypes and implement a variety of different media, such as text, graphics, video, animation, and sound, to create a cohesive interactive user experience. [/COLOR][COLOR=#666666][FONT=Verdana]

Skills required:

- Slick animation and online multimedia
- Advanced knowledge of the usual suspects: Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks\<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = “urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office” /\>\<o:p\>\</o:p\>[/FONT][/COLOR]  
[COLOR=#666666]- Knowledge of CSS/W3C standards [/COLOR][COLOR=#666666][FONT=Verdana]
- Experience with HTML, DHTML, PHP, CSS and other web languages and multimedia applications
- Advanced knowledge of Actionscript programming and Flash/XML integration
- Knowledge of video formats and codecs, bandwidth usage and video editing a plus \<o:p\>\</o:p\>[/FONT][/COLOR]  
[COLOR=#666666]- Knowledge of After Effects and Final Cut a plus too[/COLOR][COLOR=#666666][FONT=Verdana]
