# Symbols don't work when exporting

I have an animation that includes a few animated symbols. I want to export it to an avi file but when I do the symbols don’t move, but the other things within the animation do, that being a video that I originally imported into flash and used to be an avi file. Is there any way to make my symbols move in an avi file?
