I’m just wondering… when you brush your teeth in the morning do you brush before or after eating :ear: I switch depends if I’m feeling lazy at the time… lol ---

ive wondered about this too. Usually I brush before, then use mouthwash after. Wierd. ---

ok once when i wake up, then after any meal, especially after having tea as tea stains the teeth, so thats a MUST. ---

before- cause u always get that gross taste in ur mouth when ya wake up. that + cereal= yuk 😛 ---

see i used to be a “before eating” but i have recently turned to after because I got an electric toothbrush. The thing is so powerful that when I brush at night, I wake up the next moring feeling like I just brushed. Then I brush after my breakfast. The only thing I can compare this beatiful experience to is the way your teeth feel after you get your braces off. ---

I usually don’t eat breakfast. But when I actually have a day where I can wake up and sit around for a bit the taste just slowly goes away and I’ll eat and then shower and brush my teeth (I always tie showering and tooth brushing together in the morning, I have a ritual down pretty good). ---

I brush after breakfast, and just before bed… I cant stand to brush just before eating it makes my food taste like toothpaste… ---

I get up, sit down by the table, stare at the wall for 5 mins, then decide I don’t want breakfast, then I brush my teeth… But if I eat breakfast, I brush after. The toothpaste taste combined with food is not a good mix… ---

ugh, i definitely need to brush after spam. i can’t understand how people brush before breakfast… apart from the toothpaste taste, it’s just so unnecessary.
