I am in need of a template design for my fraternity - Pi Kappa Alpha.

The offical fraternity webpage is [www.pikes.org](http://www.pikes.org) and the website that I need a template for is [www.ferris-pikes.com](http://www.ferris-pikes.com).

If you are interested in helping out with a template PM me with your price.

I will be doing all the PHP coding and CSS so please only concentrate on the graphic design and layout. Thanks
