# Text appear bigger when previewed and published in FP

When I am looking at my page in designer view in FrontPage the text look normal. I have arial set to 12 and it looks like it should, (like in Word or PS). When I preview it and/or publish it, the font looks MUCH bigger, like size 18. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks
