# Text field for entering emaill address and submit button

Can anyone tell me a straight forward way to [font=Arial][color=#0000ff] create a text field (where a user can enter an email address). Then, to the right of the text field would be a button that says “Sign me up!” . Then the user hits this button and an email is sent.[/color][/font]
