Is it possible to add a text form with an image upload form that sends to server? And if you can, where does the text end up? Is it converted into a text file and put in the same folder as images?

I’m trying to add it [here](http://www.yabbit.net/myupload/upload.php)

I’ve been trying to work this out for a while now because I’m new to php.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks
