# Text glow(with example) how was it done?

I’m trying to find out how a type effect was done on this site  
[http://fandango-cafe.com/i/index.html](http://fandango-cafe.com/i/index.html) the words “Late Night Club” seem to glow when they move forward on the screen, also there is a glow effect in the background…anyone familiar with this effect…thanx
