Does anyone know how to create, or seen an fla on how to create these inertia scroll bars for text like the one on [http://www.internettinyawards.com/](http://www.internettinyawards.com/)

I’ve seen the one at crucial limit, but i am wondering if there is another way!

Any help would be great, thanks 🙂
